Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture
The National Museum of African American History and Culture is now open to the public.
Hours: The Museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesday and open Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m, except Nov. 26, Dec. 24, Dec. 25, and Jan. 20, 2021. Admission is free. Timed-entry passes are required for all visitors, regardless of age.
The National Museum of the American Indian is a museum in the United States of the culture the indigenous peoples of the Americas. It is part of the Smithsonian Institution group of museums and research centers. The museum has three facilities. The number of visitors in the museum will be limited each day, and we’ve implemented several new safety protocols to ensure that your visit will be a safe one.
Hours: 11 AM–4 PM Wednesday–Sunday, Closed Monday and Tuesday. Closed Nov. 26, Dec. 24 & Dec. 25, 2020, and Jan. 20, 2021
